Are your tattoo needles and cartridges sterilized?
Yes, all Eikon needles and cartridges are 100% EO (Ethylene Oxide) gas sterilized and individually blister packaged. Each box is marked with a lot number and expiration date to ensure the highest safety standards for your clients.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to professional artists and studios across North America, Europe, and Australia. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy on tattoo equipment?
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened needles, ink, or used machines unless they are found to have a manufacturer defect.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped the same day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Sezzle for interest-free installment payments on larger equipment purchases.
